Choose the right van

All bookings have a 2-hour minimum. If the journey takes longer than the hours you selected, the extra time is added at the same hourly rate in half-hour steps — the booking form shows this before you pay.
Avoid the Congestion Charge where you can
Central London moves can attract the Congestion Charge (currently £18 per day). It applies from 07:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday and from 12:00 to 18:00 at weekends and bank holidays.
When you choose your arrival window in the booking form, it checks the date and time against these hours — an early-morning, evening or weekend slot may avoid the charge. ULEZ is checked separately from your postcodes.
Plan your office move
- Label and pack by team or desk, and disconnect IT equipment in advance.
- Tell us about heavy items such as safes or server racks.
- Arrange lift, loading bay, parking and building-management permissions at both ends — these are the customer's responsibility.
- Have someone from your team available at both addresses at the agreed times.
Who does the move, and how you pay
NKVans is a booking, coordination and dispatch platform. The physical move is carried out by an independent driver-operator, who is responsible for the vehicle, the driving, loading and unloading and the care of your goods.
You pay a 30% NKVans Booking Fee online when you book (plus any ULEZ or Congestion Charge). The remaining 70% Driver Fee is paid directly to your driver. Please read the Customer Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation & Refund Policy before you book.

Can you move at weekends or in the evening?
You choose the date and an arrival window between 07:00 and 18:00 in the booking form. Availability depends on drivers.
Can you move IT equipment?
Yes, as part of a normal move. Please disconnect and protect equipment in advance, and tell your driver about any valuable or fragile items.
How do I pay?
You pay a 30% booking fee online to NKVans and the 70% driver fee directly to your driver.
