London Removals & Man and Van Hire

Rates start at £45 per hour for a small van with a driver (2-hour minimum, so £90). A medium van is £55/hr, a large van £65/hr and a Luton van £75/hr. Extras such as driver help (+£25/hr), driver help plus an extra helper (+£50/hr), furniture assembly (+£20), heavy items (+£50), the Congestion Charge and ULEZ are shown in your price breakdown before you pay.

You pay a 30% NKVans Booking Fee online when you book; it covers booking, coordination and dispatch. The remaining 70% Driver Fee is paid directly to the independent driver-operator who carries out your move. ULEZ and Congestion Charge, where they apply, are paid in full with the booking fee. Moves are carried out by independent driver-operators. NKVans is a booking, coordination and dispatch platform that connects you with a driver. The driver is responsible for the vehicle, the driving, loading and unloading and the care of your goods.

All 32 London boroughs and the City of London, with pickups in London and drop-offs anywhere in England. Distance and journey time are calculated from your postcodes.

Yes, all vans have a 2-hour minimum. If your journey takes longer than the hours you selected, the extra time is charged at the van's hourly rate in half-hour steps.

Yes. Single items and small loads are a typical man and van job. The 2-hour minimum applies, and you can add driver help (+£25/hr) or furniture assembly (+£20).

The booking form checks your pickup and drop-off postcodes, date and arrival window, and adds the Congestion Charge (currently £18) and ULEZ (£12.50) when they apply. The Congestion Charge runs 07:00–18:00 Monday to Friday and 12:00–18:00 at weekends and bank holidays.

Yes. We collect furniture and other bulky items from a shop, warehouse or seller in London and deliver them to your door.
